In order to provide total customer satisfaction, you may return the item you have purchased within 28 days from its purchase date if you are not completely satisfied with it. If we do not receive the item after such duration, processing of the return will not be possible and accepted.
You must return the item in good condition, with the packaging intact. We will assess the overall condition of the product and base the refund according to our findings. In case the goods are faulty, your statutory rights are protected.
In the event that the product is not in good condition already, it is the right of Sholak Fragrances not to process any refund for the said item. You will shoulder the shipping costs incurred for returning the item. Unless we receive payment for the return, we may put such product on hold.
USPS and/or USPS flat rate are strongly recommended when shipping your returns to us. These channels insure and keep track of the packages.
We will need to process your returns after receiving the returned merchandise. We will send out an email confirming the process to the email address you have registered to our website. Please allow us 48 hours to complete the processing of your returns.

Refund of Delivery Charges
If we have delivered a faulty item to you or we made a mistake on delivering your order, we will refund you of the shipping charges incurred when returning the merchandise to us.
